Strategic Plan January 2026 - December 2028

What do you like about the Sandwich Public Library? What could we do better? How can we continue to grow?

We asked these questions, and our community responded. Through surveys, focus groups, phone calls, emails, and conversations in the Library and on the street, our patrons shared what the Library means to them and how they envision its future. 

Our Strategic Plan shares our mission, goals, and values, and includes a summary of the planning process and results. This plan is intentionally flexible, giving us space to grow, explore, and stay curious over the next three years. Hopefully, we are able to meet your needs and bring a sense of joy to your Library experience.
