Meeting Room Reservations
The library has a meeting room available with a capacity of 75 people and a small conference room that seats 12 people. These rooms must be reserved at the circulation desk. They may be reserved no more than 3 months in advance.
There is no room use fee for the small conference room.
For groups using the meeting room there is no fee for non-profit organizations.
For-profit businesses may rent the meeting room for $75.00 per meeting.
The organization is responsible for setup of the room, and restoring the room to the original configuration.
The library kitchen is also available to any group, with a room-use charge of $50.00.
Hours of availability are during normal library hours, up until 8:15pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the staff.
